Smart Continuance
August 1 is the anniversary of my wife and I being together as boyfriend/girlfriend. We went to the zoo and watched parrots having sex. I recorded it on my phone. My favorite part though is seeing the cats. We also saw a snake molt in the water before our very eyes. The handlers were also feeding dead rats to the snakes in each exhibit.
The other good thing I realized this day (but is far behind in good feeling compared to being together two years) was that was best for me to finish reading about Drizzt since it is where I have made the most progress. After reading three chapters about Gaunt and his Ghosts I went to the list of books about the dark elf from the Underdark.
I finished the first book of The Founding Omnibus and finished the twelfth and last book of The Legend of Drizzt series. Sea of Swords only took three days to read and I finished last night, reading two nights in a row until three in the morning.
Servant of the Shard was written before Sea of Swords but the list has Servant of the Shard in a different series. The last book of The Paths of Darkness, Sea of Swords, has a few mentionings I believe to be in Servant of the Shard since I cannot place when else the events took place. I also noticed Salvatore mentions the goblin Nojheim in the last book. A character from two comic books.
In between the zoo and finishing the most recent book I went to Fort Myers before the storm came. For the first time in my life I was on a waverunner. It is fun and I highly recommend everyone to try it at least once. Next time I wont knock my wife in the water unless she wants to be thrown in. Reminds me a little bit of Hitch. I will keep you all posted on when I start and finish my next Drizzt book.
