Beautiful Wife

Greetings!
My wife bought me Legacy of the Drow Collector's Edition in November of 2007. The volume she purchased has a first printing in January of 2003 to Wizards of the Coast, Inc. The cover art is by Brom. The longest books I have read are from the Shannara series from Terry Brooks. Legacy of the Drow has 1077 pages; I've never read a book with more than 900 pages. This volume includes four books.

The Legacy
was published in 1992
Starless Night in 1993
Siege of Darkness in 1994 and
Passage to Dawn was published in 1996.

Before I could read the above books I had to read the Icewind Dale Trilogy. I was wondering for a many years the order I should read R.A. Salvatore's works. Chronologically he wrote the Icewind Dale Trilogy before The Dark Elf Trilogy but the Legend of Drizzt time line asked me to read Homeland first. I met R.A. Salvatore at the San Diego International Comic-Con but I neglected to ask the question about reading order. He was promoting the graphic novels and The Demon Wars Series.

The copy I have of The Crystal Shard has a cover price of $4.95 U.S. and is from 1992 and is 16 years old. The cover is drawn by Larry Elmore. My copy of Homeland is from 1993 and is 15 years old. After reading Homeland I purchased Exile and Sojourn the first week of November 2007. The copy of Streams of Silver I have is from Wizards of the Coast and the first printing is from May 2007. The hardcover first printing is from July 2005 and from TSR it was available first in January 1989. The copy I have of The Halfling's Gem has a first printing of August 2007 and was first available in January of 1990. The covers of Book V and VI are by Todd Lockwood.
